Frank A Aldridge & Sons is a highly recommended family-run business that has been established and operating across the eastern counties since 1947. Our services range from milling, tree surgery and arboriculture to timber collections. We also sell imported softwood products and various other products from our mill at discounted prices, both on a commercial and domestic scale. Based in Snetterton, we serve customers across East Anglia.

We can help with all of your tree or building projects - the size and scale of the job does not matter to us! (Prices are listed on our Facebook page). Our sawmill is situated in 55 acres of woodland in Snetterton, Norfolk, not far from the racetrack. Feel free to come and check out our products firsthand.

What we provide:

  • Milling - Locally sourced hard and softwoods to your bespoke requirements from floorboards to structural beams.
  • Tree Surgery - Arboriculture, tree advice, pruning, felling, and planting. All of our arboricultural waste is recycled either to the mill or for firewood and the wood chip for animal bedding.
  • Firewood - Enquire for prices on our dry barn stored firewood loads.
  • Timber Collections - We will collect timber from a site with our 18-tonne lorry with timber grab.
